St. George Arm Protectors (Pair)

Application area / size
This equipment is designed for use in martial arts. Selecting the correct level of protective gear for martial arts depends on the regulations of the respective association. The size is universal and can be worn on either the right or left side.

The protected zones
This arm protector cushions impacts on the forearm, elbow, and parts of the upper arm. It protects against superficial mechanical injuries (Category I). The zones are defined by the plastic shells. All fastening and securing devices such as straps, Velcro closures, etc., are not part of the protective zones.

When putting on the protectors, ensure that all fastening and securing devices (straps, Velcro fasteners, etc.) are fully and securely closed. The adjustable elastic straps should be tightened so that they are under slight tension. If any fastening and/or securing devices are no longer functioning properly, the protector must not be used. For putting on and taking off the protector, the fasteners should only be loosened, not unthreaded from the eyelets.

Combat sports involving physical contact with equipment are inherently dangerous. Protective clothing and equipment aim to prevent injuries as much as possible, or at worst, to minimize the severity of any injuries. Protective gear for combat sports cannot guarantee complete protection against injuries, especially those caused by training weapons.
Protective equipment must not be altered or tampered with by the user. In particular, seams must not be opened, and no parts may be added or removed. The care instructions must be strictly followed. Failure to do so may reduce the protective properties.
Protective equipment must be regularly checked for mechanical damage (abrasions, tears, holes, ripped seams). If such damage is found, the protective effect may be reduced and the protective clothing must be repaired or no longer be used.

Harmlessness
This protective equipment contains no substances that are suspected of impairing the health or hygiene of the user under normal conditions of use.

Cleaning, care and storage
The fabric insert of the forearm protector, which is attached with Velcro, is hand-washable at 30°C. It should not be spun or tumble-dried. Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The plastic shells can be washed with lukewarm soapy water.
