We ship our products worldwide. We prefer DHL as our shipping provider. For bulky items, we often also ship with DPD. Shipping fees within the EU are automatically calculated by our system during checkout.
Third countries outside the EU
For shipping to countries outside the EU, I prefer to use DHL Prime, UPS or FedEx to ensure fast and safe delivery.
However, our system cannot automatically calculate the numerous shipping costs to third countries, which change almost weekly. Therefore, we contact customers from third countries after they place their order if the actual shipping costs differ and inform them of any additional charges. Order cancellation is, of course, possible in this case.
As in any third country outside the EU, you can shop without VAT in the store.
Depending on the country and region, imports into your country may be subject to local taxes and duties. You will need to find out more about this yourself.
