Application
This garment may only be used by qualified trainers for fencing lessons in controlled training situations.

Fencing attire should be chosen so that freedom of movement is not restricted. On the other hand, it should fit snugly enough to prevent any folds in which the opponent's weapon could become entangled.

When putting on the fencing boot, ensure that all fastening and securing devices (strap, button, zipper, Velcro, etc.) are fully and securely closed. If any fastening and/or securing devices are no longer functioning properly, the product must not be used.

Fencing master clothing is not fencing protective equipment according to DIN/EN 13567. It is strongly recommended that this clothing be used only in combination with full protective gear (according to the current version of DIN/EN 13567) to minimize the risk of injury. The protective effect of fencing master clothing is limited to reducing superficial injuries such as abrasions and bruises, as well as cushioning the impact forces of thrusts and blows from fencing blades.

Broken blades pose a particular threat. The circumstances of a blade breakage can lead to high tip speeds and impacts of high energy. It is known that broken blades can penetrate protective clothing, potentially with fatal consequences. Fencing attire offers no protection against this specific hazard.

Fencing master clothing must be regularly checked for mechanical damage (abrasions, tears, holes, open seams). Damaged clothing must no longer be used.

Some people are allergic to leather. Check before buying whether you are sensitive to leather products.

Cleaning, care and storage

Be sure to follow the cleaning and care instructions on the label.

Always store clothing in a dry place away from direct sunlight to ensure the longevity of the materials.

Always keep fencing master clothing away from heat sources and open flames.
